As a management team, we are passionate about young people being given opportunities, being safeguarded and having a voice which is heard. We provide opportunities for young people to fulfill their potential and achieve their future aspirations.
Therapeutic and psychological provision within Blossomcare NW will be at the heart of ongoing care. Psychological, social and emotional support will be encouraged by supporting and guiding the wider system around the young person.
We offer personal development to our team members and managers who are child focused, supportive and nurturing of our young people. We are present to support you on your learning journey with us.
Alongside our clinical psychologist our teams will consist of support workers, senior support workers, deputy manager and registered manager who are trained and chosen specifically to meet the needs of our young people.
Partnership working with all those involved in the lives of young people is very important to us, and we strive to ensure a solid, multi professional approach is achieved to enable the best possible outcomes.
If you have any questions regarding our residential childcare services, please get in touch with a member of our professional team so we can talk about it.
