Well what can l say I waited over 6 months to join Blossomcare NW and l would have waited a year as the time, effort and attention to detail Jane, Karen and Jenny gave the staff even before we started was sincere, thoughtful and showed that they cared and had us in mind whilst waiting for the company to open.
Now l have actually started working for Blossomcare NW it is just how l imagined it to be and it’s the best career move I’ve made. The directors are part of the staff team and the ethos and respect that is shown amongst staff has a very nurturing feel to it.
The small team we have are amazing and we have had so much fun with training and getting to know one another and for me it’s a honour to be starting and contributing to a company that is already growing into the exemplary company it deserves to be.
Love my job, love the people l work for and with, and can’t wait for the future.
Every single person I have met within the team at Blossomcare NW has made me feel so welcome and have been lovely and it has been a pleasure getting to know everyone.
I was very nervous when I arrived on my first day but because of everyone the nerves soon disappeared.
The company have been supportive with all training, the management have explained everything every step of the way to make sure I am confident and comfortable within my role.
Thank you to Blossomcare NW for giving me the opportunity to be myself and grow within the team, I’m looking forward to seeing my development and watching the young child/person growing and developing as well.
If you have any questions regarding our residential childcare services, please get in touch with a member of our professional team so we can talk about it.
